Una observación es un hallazgo que no es realmente una conformidad. No se eleva oficialmente al nivel de necesitar claramente una acción oficial. Sin embargo, como auditor, seré cauteloso y estaré atento a nuevas señales del problema en auditorías posteriores, o en mi caso otras auditorías en otras áreas, incluso cuando las auditorías estén en sistemas diferentes.
An Observation is a finding-that's-not-really-a-conformance. It doesn't officially rise to the level of clearly needing official action. However, as an auditor I will be wary and watch for further signs of the issue in subsequent audits, or in my case other audits in other areas, even when the audits are in different systems.
